What apps does a first time smart phone user need?

Hey all, I just moved up to my first smart phone this past weekend, a Droid X2. I'll be honest, I don't need it. It is mostly a really expensive clock and phone book for me. Anyway, I was wondering what apps would be suggested to make my new toy even more fun. It looks like autoguide is on the list but what else? Thanks for your imput.

Angry Birds! Seriously...welcome to the droid world! Go to the Market on your phone...there's apps for everything...all depends on what you like.

yea just depends on wat ya want....i use zedge alot....photobucket, and i got a movies app...tells me all the local showings and times...but get wat u like...ive got all kinds of games on mine...dont use have of them but i like the choices....

Gasbuddy, any weather app, your bank app, credit card apps, ESPN, craigslist....some of the stuff on my iPhone.
