Problem viewing AE's XML report files

My computer isnt recognizing the AE report files in XML. I have been in contact with manuel at AE but we are both stumped. Tried IE 7 & 8, chrome, firefox and none will recognize the xml files. firefox and IE will open the file and show just the bare code, chrome shows a blank page. MS word shows the code as well. when i email the file to AE they had no problem opening it. when i tried the file on another computer it errored out because the style sheet wasnt there. ive googled and havent really found any answer as to why the computer wont recognize the xml files. was hoping someone on here would have an answer or point me in the correct direction?

Same issue here bud. Tried for a good while but could never get it to work correctly nor any good help from AE. Finally gave up on it. I'm gonna subscribe to this just in case someone chimes in with an answer.
