Don't use Utorrents dloader !!

I Dloaded the pacific Part 8 and got a virus was able to get it out some how. Anyways Utorrents will never be n my computer again . I was able to MSconfig then turn off what was new in there and then restore to an early date, That's the only thing that saved me , was getting pop up's for porn and some antivirus bs . Well I got lucky I did not have to reinstall everthing .
Never Dload UTORRENTS !!!!!!

I use uTorrent, it is the most compact and in my opinion best file downloader for torrents, however you always got to watch out what the package contains before you download it.

Its people putting in viruses on purpose to infect people that do this, and there are many files like this online not just on torrents.

It is not that they are in the file it is that you allow your computer to access the torrent. Therefore allowing an open port to allow viruses to come in. Even a virus program cant stop that.

Open Ports are a issue for your firewall not the virus program.

Over all Torrents are safe, I've been using them for years, long before they became "popular" and I've never had a problem with viruses by watching out what I download and then open.

I've been using Utorrent for years. No issues. I have Kaspersky Internet Security and it takes care of the crap out there.

All I know is it's out of my computer and won't be back . Heck all I wanted was to watch the Pacific part 7 at that time lol.
