ADWARE HOTBAR HELP!!!!!!

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Norton didn't catch it but it finds it several times a day, I click "fix" and it says it is resolved and I need to restart, but then it all happens again. Sometimes it will go a couple days and not pop up, but today it has happened 5 times. I have down loaded ADAWARE and a couple more free programs but nothing I have tried removes it. I have done the Norton full system scan at least a dozen times, nothing!!! I would really appreciate any help in getting rid of this thing!!! Please contact me by Pm as it will come to my email.
Thanks
NCH

CCCleaner works great. And you can beat the heck outta Norton with AVG Free, Avast, or Microsoft Essentials. They work SO much better than Norton plus they are absolutely free.

CC found 311 different issues but only removed 41 says I need to purchase the full version to get rid of the rest. Do I need to do this or will the other program get rid of the rest of the issues?
Thanks
