Help me decide on a new Xbox 360 game!

I've been lacking in the game library lately and I'm trying to decide between two games; Borderlands or Left 4 Dead 2.

left 4 dead 2 is a lot of fun. i've heard good things about borderlands but i haven't gotten far enough into it to really know for sure. i do know that l4d2 is much more pick-up-and-play, and just is a more social game

Left 4 Dead 2 seems to have a higher replay value.

Borderlands. I was playing that a ton until a few weeks ago (been busy). I love the game It's like Diablo 2 with guns, and has and atmosphere like Bioshock.

That's what I've heard.
The insanity of the game seems fun.

I could just get both, but I'm leaning toward getting one of them and then preordering Red Dead Redemption

Yeah, I gotta do that yet. Just pre ordered Bioshock 2. I'm probably in the middle of ten games now, lol. I just really don't have much time to play them. Don't know why I keep buying and starting new ones...

new call of duty. plain and simple, im a chick and already beat it on expert. but still love playing online

i'm assuming he already has it, since it's not one of the choices. but if you don't have it, i would highly recommend it.. the story mode is awesome, special forces is a lot of fun and of course a much more expansive multiplayer than CoD4.
