emissions without EGR or CAT 03 6.0

well its about that time and was wondering if anyone knows somewhere in Denver that is laid back and don't look under the hood or under the truck during emissions. I live in the springs but my truck is currently registered in Mesa county in grand junction. If anyone can shoot some ideas this way be great, don't wanna drive 5hrs just to renew my tags

Do you have to have emission testing in GJ?

If it is registered there then why do you have to get the emission done?

Do you the card to get tags? Can you just go into the DMV and renew them? I'm not sure exactly how that all works to be honest.

So it seems to me that you are going to have to register your truck in El Paso county then, right?
