Avoiding the DMV
I hate the Denver DMV with a passion. Normally on my car I just renew online, simple and easy. But I can't do it with the PSD because it says an emissions test is required.
But I got a 'renewal card' in the mail, and it says to send in a check for the amount listed. So, what if I send the check and attach my emissions form? Do you think they'll process it? |

Try it, the worst thing they will do is tell you to bring the truck in. Just keep your payment stub or check duplicate to show you have paid.

As long as you submit proof of emissions test you can mail it in. |

I asked this question today at the DMV, lady said that next time I can mail it. Just have to send in the payment with the renewal card and the emissions cert.
BTW went to the one in Adams county, no waiting at all. First time I've ever experienced that. |
