Exhaust trade in the springs...I need a cat.

I recently picked up a '99 Powerstroke with a 4in downpipe to a 5in 90 degree bend, exiting through a 7in black miter cut stack in the bed. I'm not a big fan of it and I also need to the diesel test here. It has no cat.

I'll trade the stack and the 5" parts for a either a 4" straight back exhaust INCLUDING the cat or for a cat plus some cash on your end.
