Free Chilton's Manual for a 97-00. Come and get it! (Denver)
I have a Chilton's manual for the 97-00 series. It covers all engines including the PSD. The previous owner of my truck passed it on to me, but I don't know why he had it, considering mine is obviously an OBS! I have no use for it. I was planning on listing it on craigslist, but will gladly pay it forward to a forum member who wants to come by and pick it up for free.
