Can former Coloradans Join the Centennial Strokers?

Can former Coloradans join this new centennial powerstrokes club? I was born in Steamboat Springs, raised in Arvada. Lived in the state for over 19 years. When I got done with school, I moved just one state north, Wyoming, for my job, Oil rig mechanic.

So will ya'll let a Coloradan at heart join?
