trying to sell a house in Broomfield

Don't want to get crossways with the Mods (if I did, just delete, sorry!) but in this market I need all the help I can get.

I have a 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car, fully remodeled house for sale in Broomfield, which is about halfway between Denver and Boulder.

New bathrooms, kitchen, all interior and exterior doors, all windows, new roof, and every exterior wall has been ripped out and reinsulated.

And, I'm also offering $500 bounty at closing if any member finds the buyer for me! (Truck fixin' money!!)

Forgot, picture of my truck in the sig is in that driveway< there's 7 more feet to the garage! And, there's a 20 outlet in the soffit for block heaters
