05-07 painted front bumper

Just missing the side brackets (needed them on the new bumeper), the ones to the frame are still on it. I really dont want to ship as i dont know if i could. The bumper is otherwise complete with the top pad and metal both spray painted flat black currently. Im in northern california in the sacramento area and would like to get $120 for it.
