Lights???

So my ol' lady's 02 f250 stroker lost its dash lights and tail lights. fuses: check, Bulbs: check, power to fuses: check, power to harness: check, new switch: check...there a relay er another fuse under the hood o the 02's? cuz thought they stopped doin that...thanks fellas
