Help for NWDD

Alright guys brandon and I need a little help! If you see something on this list that you think you can do to help us out please let him or I know via posting in here or PM's or texts.

Things To Bring to Event:
1. Pop up tents or awnings
2. Tarps
3. Large propane heaters (for drying the dyno and keeping it running smoothly)
4. 2 Large white boards to show a "top 10" for the dyno and "whos up next"


Things we need people to DO for the event:
1. Come up with a score card for judging show n' shine (each truck is rated out of 5 stars possible by the judges) 3x5 size? We will need about 30 printed off
2. Be willing to be "on call" because we will be needing people to take money at the gate, keep the dyno organized and flowing smoothly, manage the parking lots and making sure people arent driving like idiots.
3. Make a "safety" flyer to hand out at the door. Mostly something that says "burnouts out side of the fairgrounds will not be tolerated, don't drive like idiots, cops will be around the area at all times blah blah blah, just something so we can give it to everyone and it will help remind them to keep a good name for the diesel community.

If Brandon has anything else im sure we will get it added to the list. But please let us know if you can help us with any of this. Were getting down to the final stretch here and things are looking awesome guys!

Thats exactly how it will be but were going to do 3 digit numbers...
I was hoping youd be able to make us some sort of scoring cards!

Truck 101
truck 102
Truck 107 etc....
truck 103

And we will just have the judges fill in the empty stars and turn them back in....truck with most stars wins!

We get tables free from the fair grounds!

And yes 1 card per judge. So im guessing the card could be 1 full page? We might have to have it set up so we can print at the fairgrounds once we find out how many trucks we will have in the show.

We will have like 5 judges or so and could have 20+ trucks in the show!
