CCR sled pulling/ Drag Racing

Alright guys i know we dont have any hardcore racers or pullers in the chapter as of yet, but maybe some of us can get into it!

I know im building my truck up as a toy and i want to get out there and learn how to use it! So lets make this the official Pulling/Racing thread.
Try not to talking about how you beat your dads s10 or your moms ford fusion the other night in a drag race. I want this to be about the drag strip and sled pulls!

So whats the major events re: sled pulling and Drag racing in this area?

NHRDA - AFAIK runs all the diesel drags in the area.. but sled pulling is a gray area for me.

I know you are bud! Are you willing to do some pulling this year? Your truck is set up for it now....

Im seriously gearing up to haev a big year in racing... not looking to break records but i would like to get into the low 13s!
Still trying to decide if i also want open the gate to do pulling or not, thats getting pretty crazy for me!

well you can go test&tune pretty much any weekend at bremerton or PIR.... so the racing is really easy if you dont care how organized it is. But yeah im sort of in the grey area with pulling as well.....

Moses lake does something each year i know that, and then out here in Sublimity they also have a pretty decent pull each year!

i would pull. and sean is our only puller so far! lol and he out pulled a 900HP 12v lol. i should have pulled that day if i had my truck there but it was in getting the A/t put back on there that day
