King County Emissions

I live in Bellevue, but I'm rebuilding an F-350 in Albuquerque, NM. I want to make sure that when I get it up here it passes emissions. If I understood correctly, the mechanic said it will have an EGR, but no EGR cooler (it currently has an EGR delete). I also need to put a cat on it, as it currently doesn't have one.

Will it pass emissions like that? I don't want to tear it apart again, especially just for emissions.

Thanks for your help,

-David

I would think if it is good enough for the nazis in CA it would be fine in Washington but :dunno: you can probably find info on the dmv website?
