Howdy! I'm Jim and I think it is just about time to come out of the hidin' hole and introduce myself right? Heh, well I've been lurkin' around so many forums just lookin' up how to work on my truck. And believe it not, I learned so much I just feel like I can tackle almost any problem now. Hopefully I don't run into anymore problems...Diesel is already expensive 'nuff.
So... My truck? 1997 Ford F-350 7.3 PowerStroke Diesel 4X4 Crew Cab Long Bed
* 140 Dynomite Diesel injectors (Stage 3, talk to Nick and said Jim the Asian Cowboy referred you if you want a discount if you're interested in buyin' em from him.)
* 4 pos DP Tuner: Modded stock, Drive-Thru idle, Econo 80, SEE YA 140 (What I was in)
* DIY cold air intake
* Built E4OD with billet torque converter to handle upwards of 650HP
* 1.0 AR turbo housing
* 3in downpipe, 4in "straight pipe" (The muffler has been completely hollowed out and gives a mean growl, the cat is gone too haha)
Soon gonna be making a boost fooler, getting Swamp's IDM, and a water methanol injection kit.
I'm currently making ~430-450 HP, hopefully the water methanol injection kit and IDM will help me get closer to that 500 mark.
Best part is I haven't brought this truck to the shop to do anything yet. All blood sweat and tears with the help of my uncle and I and the occasional help of my father and a few "drinks".
So, a few things about me. I'm full blooded Vietnamese and I was born and raised in Auburn, WA. I am currently 19 years old and I attend Washington State University (GO COUGS!). I have quite a few relatives from The South (If you really wanna be nosey, Jewett, Texas, "Nawlins" Louisiana, and all over Georgia), which is a good reason to blame where my drawl comes from and why I love trucks, mud, country, dip, "drinks", yadda yadda yadda so much. Y'all can call me Orange Neck if y'all want, its my nickname.
My father owns a 2013 Ford F-250 CCSB 6.7PSD and still can't outrun my truck. I can't tow worth a damn 'til I get a water methanol injection kit from coolingmist to help lower the EGTs.
Hows a few photos and a video to help show the world that us yellow fellers also like trucks? We're a rare breed.

So SuperCrutyPS told me to check out CCR and it seems like y'all are friendly folks I could kick it with sometime. What are the requirements to join the chapter? I sure would like to know the ropes since I am also pretty new to forums in general.
