EGR Delete question

Going to do an EGR delete... (probably) has any one had ANY issues with passing the WA emission tests after doing so.

I had mine tested in Vancouver about 6 months ago with no issues. I just changed my tune back to the stock tune and passed with a 1% opacity and a 2% opacity (dual exhaust on my truck). I was allowed up to 20% so I could have probably done it with the tune on, but I figured better safe than sorry.
