Hey, thanks guys! I'm expecting to get there on the 25th with the first load, but I don't know what time yet soit may be the 26th. I'll keep everyone updated when it gets closer and I have a better idea.

I know things can change, but are storms an issue right now? Hope not.

From reading some recent posts, it looks like you may have some help with the unloading. I'm not close enough to be able to offer my help but would if I could!

Tell me about your boys. Bet they are as excited as you!

There is still alot of dust hanging around and it is affecting the flights, but I do ahve a couple days leeway.

Yea, starting to see afew offers pop up, I understand some of y'all are pretty far off...Hank, You're all the way on the west border right? I'm sure we don't want too many to show up and have "Jered's Trailer Unloading" to be our first official event.

Both my boys just had birthdays, 5 and 2. The youngest doesnt know me too well, I've only been with him for 8 weeks since he was born. And my oldest, Lives with my ex, knows I'm coming but I'm not sure he understands when. I do know he is always asking when "Daddy Big Truck" is gonna come by and pick him up.

Is Pam doing well still?

That would make me happy if more showed up at your trailer unloading than an event! That would prove that a thing like this org. can be a vehicle for making true friendships. You do know that people don't offer to help others unload their trailer just for fun!

Hope the youngest one gets to know Dad a little better while you're home and I bet the oldest IS excited. Heck, mine are 21 & 24 and I bet they get excited when "Daddy's Big Truck" comes to pick 'em up!

Thanks for asking about Pam. She is doing REALLY well. Hair loss is the biggest deal we have right now, so that is a good thing. No nausea or real symptoms of any kind. We have really been blessed. Prayers do work.

You, your family, and your safe return home are in my prayers. Everything will work out just fine. I can't wait to be able to say "Welcome Home" and you be reading it in NC!

Take care. Sun is up now and I think I'll encourage Pam to walk to the mail box with me to get the paper. It's one quarter of a mile to our mail box. We live in the boondies for sure! And I like it that way!

Take care.
