My day usually ends at 7pm which is 12pm EST.

But I'll be working till 10pm most of the days before I leave. Gotta catch up on my work so they won't miss me while I'm gone

I have no problem going to sleep at night or during the day for that matter.
12hr days everyday will do that.
Once I get on the plane is a different story. I won't be able to then, at least not very much.
