My oldest daughter borrowed my truck for a few weeks, her husband has been driving it to work. She called last night to say that it sounded like something was loose on the truck. They just brought it back

. Sounds like a grinding noise coming from the Fly Wheel, very lound and only does it at idel. Was raining so I did not crawl under to confirm. Fly Wheel did not have a cover when I bought the truck and I never put one on, rules that out. Does not sound like engine at all and quits when I rev it up. May have nothing to do with Fly Wheel, will have to check tomorrow when I get off work.

6speed or auto?
If 6speed I bet the oem DM flywheel is giving up the fight.
