MCAS New River Medical IS THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!! Just lost a half a day because my students had appt. And didn't make it back before time to go home, and in the AM two of them have to go back!! Even when I hit the sack early I never really sleep. Every hour or soo gotta piss, hear somethin, wife kickin me, dog on the bed, want some cold water. The last couple years have been a B getting sleep

Took sleeping piles for a bit but those are worse than drinkin your self to sleep.
