Got to see the pig....then got depressed

Headed to TU with some money burnin a hole in my pockets last week. Got an Insight from Scott and he was kind enough to install it.

Got to see the pig while I was there

Then after 2 days of monitoring realized I've got more than a 15 degree difference.......and I'll soon be seeing a nice BLACK dualie sitting where the pig was

THANKFULLY I'm only 3 miles from TU. But dang.

Straight piped, SCT tuner, CTS Insight, TU EGR delete, V-tek blinker fluid, Advanced Adapter Muffler bearings

Here I was in the presence of greatness parked next to the pig and thinking that Scott's such a good guy...wishing I could do more to help him out since he's helped ME with so much.....then...I got my wish

Just kinda sucks that I bought this 6.0 despite all the bad reputation on the internet, then getting consistant ugly looks and comments from the 7.3 guys only to have to do this

But damn I love this truck!!! and I know Scott'll make it a reliable beast!

It is what all 6.0 owners must face to even hope for a regular dependable truck. We 7.3 guys had the 4R100, but there are fixes for that as well. It's all about $$$$$$$$
One thing for sure is your rig couldn't be in better hands. I thought I was lucky living 35 min from him.

But I have to admit...when I GOT this truck I thought for sure I'd picked a winner that would avoid that

I was getting a intermittent wrench light and limp mode.some days you could dive it 200 miles with no issues. The next day I couldn't drive it 1 mile we were getting 3 codes for the accelerator pedal. replaced it and still had issues ended up replaceing the entire engine wiring harness. I do have 4 gauges, a cfm+ intake and water meth kit to install, but I don't know if I will have time to get it on by SSS11
