Truck show/ Dyno day

Afternoon CPA members. If you are like me and are tired of there being a lack of diesel dyno days and truck shows in SC, I am currently in the works of changing that. I am from Charleston and there is a diesel performance shop in Mt. Pleasant who use to hold dyno days, but the guy that they used the dyno from sold it. After talking to the shop they would be willing to hold a diesel truck show/dyno day with a cookout and whatever other nonsense we can get into. The only downfall of this is that there is no dyno around this area. If anyone knows of someone who has a dyno and would be willing to bring it to the event it should be a blast. According to previous shows that they held it was a huge success and they have been getting multiple calls asking to host an event. The event would be held around the middle of October as the weather should be decent by that time. If anyone has and questions or suggestions I am open to your thoughts and comments, Thanks guys!

Thanks that helps, I shot him an email to see if he would be available. Just trying to figure out if there would be an interest in it at all, I know people around here would love nothing more and in my opinion you can never have enough diesel shows.

When it comes to dynos finding a decent one who knows how to run these trucks is not a easy thing to locate. As Scott at TU. Welcome to the CPA and I totally agree with Mike about David. I heard good things about the dyno at Rudy's this year, may be David not sure but worth checking into.

Thanks for the info guys. I took pigs advice and called david Dunbar up and he agreed to. Come out to performance diesel in mt. Pleasant SC on sepember 24th. We are in the works of getting everything put together, we need a minimum of 25 trucks for the dyne. If anyone is interested in going just let me know. More info will come later on next week but there will be a dyno/truck show, cookout, truck pull and a burnout contest witch cash prizes for the winners.
