NHRDA Charlotte 4/30/11

National Hot Rod Diesel Association is having a drag race in Charlotte 4/29-4/31. Been looking forward to this. Maybe those going can meet up. Saturday the 30th looks better to me. Monday is a work day and don't want to be getting in late on Sunday. Hope some of you can make it

I am trying to get ticket info. Zmax does not have the event listed yet and I have emailed them to find out when tickets go on sale.

Zmax does not know about it yet. Talked with the Pres. of NHRDA and he just got the contract in his hands this morning to review and sign. Rudy's Diesel in NC is one of the sponsors of this event and they are going to do a big ticket give-away thru them, not sure how that works. Will be drag racing on Saturday the 30th at Zmzx and a sled pull and mud bogg on Sunday at a place 15 min. from the Zmax. They could not get the dirt track at the Charlotte Speedway. I will be watching the NHRDA site for more info.

I'm looking foward to this! I think its a great idea for us to meet up 2.....do you have anymore info on the sled pull?

Have been watching the web sites, no updates. I will try and call the Pres. of NHRDA tomorrow. Rudy's Diesel in NC is the event sponsor and they are trying to direct people to him for event info and are planning a 5000 ticket give away thru Rudy's. I have only called NHRDA and will get any info I post from them. Big event that should get bigger in the future. They know there are a lot of hurdles the first year of any event, but are committed to making this an annual event that will keep getting better. I should be updating info before the week is up.
