Dyno Day in Calgary, Alberta

One of the Local Diesel shops (Diesel Performance Specialists) is having a Dyno Day on June 14. I'm gonna see what my OBS has for power. I called the shop and the entry is $50.00. Maybe some of us PSD owners can make a showing.

Will do, It'll be my first dyno run, so I will be able to see what my truck can do since I did all the mods!

Well, I wasn't impressed...to say the least. I admit I know squat about running a truck on a dyno, but it seems strange to start recording data once the truck is doing 40 MPH, so my torque seems a little low, since recording was probably after the torque peak. I think everyone was just looking for big HP numbers. Other than that, the was only a showing of about 25 trucks, about 5 or so chevs, one '05 Ford SD, and the rest of the group was dodge. 90% of the trucks were intake/tuner/exhaust mods only, and it was great to see my old beast beating out quite a few of the newer dodges
