That is the right one in the link.
Nice coach, Good price. That is a trend in this industry right now. All the used stock is over priced and us dealers are down to cost and a little over on the new stuff to clear our floor-plan charges.
I would offer 22K drive out and test the waters, If they come back quick with a NO, Then you know they are there.
But in my opinion not being a crossroads dealer it is worth the 21.7K.
They probably paid 18K for it plus shop charges and freight.

Good luck, And I agree with Jeff in the other thread, Glass side do cost a bit more, But depreciate presumably slower over time, And it all has to do with the public's opinion on the constructions. A wood frame coach with proper maintenance will last just as long as an alum frame/bonded wall coach.
Know the negative to wood frame coaches is the insulation. ALL stick and tins use batted (pink) insulation which over time settles 2-3inch lower in the walls, Leaving you an unseen gap that lets air flow easily.
The bad thing here as you can see is your AC/Heater work twice as hard to keep the coach with in the desired temp.

Call anytime, And I hope that was helpful

Hey Josh, What layout are you looking for, The Crossroads was a bunk house and I know the sprinter 249 is a rear kitchen.

Pop ups depreciate 4 times faster than travel trailers because of the canvas. So find something 3-5 years old. Look over all the canvas and let me know what you find. We can go into details at that time.
You can also find a nice 4-6 year old Travel trailer. The only kicker right now is allot of manufactures went out of business. Banks will not Finance a 4 year old or newer coach if the manufacture is not still producing.
Let me know if this helped.
anyway you would recommend on improving the pop. we're always looking for feedback on the campers from our dealers and customers. you guys should probably just ignore my post cause im fairly biased towards Jayco
.

kidding ill help ya'all out i'll do my best to do what Brayn H. is doing to help you guys out as well.

If you dont mind me asking Bryan. What did you deal in?

What if my folks wanted to rent a class B for a month or two. Can you do that? lol It would be alot of money if they bought it and didnt like it. what are their other options as far as paying to try campers out.

BryanH,

Little late but we just bought a jayco jayflight 28BHS (that is why we bought the truck) Picked it up last friday. We paid 15,595 brand new do you think we got a good deal? and is Jayco a decent rv manufacturer? We bought it because of the kitchen, and it has bunks for the kids.

Thanks,
