First 5er run of the year!!!

Got tomorrow & Monday off 'cause we're taking the 5er out for 4 days!!! I live near Sacramento and we're going to the coast above San Francisco. It's a little town called Bodega Bay. Bodega Bay is the place that Alfred Hitchc o c k <--- EDITED by me - the naughty word algorthym struck again......filmed "The Birds."

It's quiet there, not a lot to do - It's one of our favorite 'go-to-relax' destinations.... Lookin' forward to it, but wouldn't you know....today is DRAGGING!!! Our route there takes us right through the Napa Valley. Very good drive through there - Great scenery!

That's awesome! Be sure to take plenty of pics and post them up for us!

BTW, I also picked mine up to do some maintenance on it this weekend. I can hardly wait for my next trip in 3 weeks...

We're back!!! Had a great time. Just me and the Mrs for a no dogs, no phone calls, no laptops, just get-away to relax 4-day weekend. Friday was travel day, Saturday day was dry, started raining Saturday night and all day Sunday and into Monday (return day).

We stayed at a place called the Bodega Bay RV Park: (Pilgrim Legends 31RE3SLF-5)

Sunset Saturday night:

During our 'Walk-on-the-beach' - the only dry day:

Big Wave Splash:

I'm thinkin' it'd be great to have a 2-day work week and a 5-day weekend!! Anyone agree???

Well I guess I just missed you then, because I work in Bodega Bay! I live in Santa Rosa and it has always been great commuting back and forth without having to deal with freeway traffic. I was off fri, sat, and sunday but I was back out there monday. Today was a gorgeous day at the coast!

I'm getting my trailer and toys ready for a trip down to Pismo Beach in a few weeks. Can't wait!!!

Those antennas were on a 5th Wheel behind us. I'm guessing HAM radio?? That trailer was wired!! A couple of radio antennas and an automatic satellite dish.
