Thats why they call motorhomes sticks and staples. Or in your case they opted for silicon. It didnt come from Cali did it? They use silicon to build all kinds of cool stuff out there!!

The sad part is that the pictures really don't show it all, I imposed on a friend who was more skilled with a digital camera to take the shots(and who happened to have an account at Smugmug!) I really could not figure out how to post anything..

I will admit to being an idiot and falling for the many -verbal- promises from the creeps at Carolina Coach and Camper, so I guess that my being in this situation is somewhat my fault.

But really what good does a written warranty or agreement do, Phoenix Cruiser has refused to honor theirs.

We still are able to enjoy the rv, its not falling apart-yet, but as you can imagine it is depressing; everytime I park it I hope that a truck will smash it to bits or that it will get totaled in an non injury accident, or that a meteor will all on it when we are out for a walk, or that it will blow up when we are out for a walk,or,or or....

Live and learn I guess, and all is not negative. Ford does make one damn fine chasis and the Powerstroke is phenomenal, just wish that the Phoenix Cruiser part wasn't attached to the van!

If your not a member of Good Sams Club already, Join. They have a publication called "Highways" that is published monthly. They have a column called "Action Line" where people like yourself are experiencing problems with their coach and "Action Line" acts as a mediator to resolve the problems. Another forum to check out would be RV.net where you maybe able to find more help or advice.

firefighterbri, RV.net is very much controlled by the industry, last year my posts on this topic were altered and then I got banned from the site.
We had considered writing to one of the rv magazines but then realized that we are alone in this, the jerks at Phoenix Cruiser have no intention of honoring their warranty and the evil people at Carolina Coach and Camper, Claremont, N.C., are well, evil... With the magazines being so heavily dependent on advertising revenue we decided that it would be RV.Net all over again.

We have had 2,912 views of the photo's and that is amazing to me, thanks to all who have let others know, it really will go far in stopping this from happening to anyone else.

If I ever come into enough cash I am going to take the chasis and have another conversion put on it, that is how much we like both the van and the 6.0

As I mentioned some time ago, the pre emission 6.0 is an irreplaceable jewel

Please, please tell just a few of your friends about the photo's.
