Phoenix Cruiser, a manufacturer to avoid.

We took delivery of a new Phoenix Cruiser last August and have to say this purchase was the best and worst decisions we have ever made.
Best because we special ordered an E450 with one of the last pre-emissions 6.0 engines, its fantastic.

Worst, because we went with Phoenix Cruiser. This manufacturer has to make the worst prouduct in the rv business, the materials are horrible and the workmanship is worse.
From failing cabinetry, inverter and uncaulked seams to the huge issue a bubble on the exterior sidewall.

PLEASE spread the word about this horrible product before someone else gets screwed, twenty years of payments - now that is depressing.

In the next few days I will also have some advice on which dealer to avoid.
Imagine a rv dealer who would LET someone special order a product when they KNEW that the brand has quality issues?, imagine an owner promoting this brand when he knew that NONE of the people who purchased a Phoenix Cruiser from their dealership were happy with the product??

Remember, this was not a unit that was sitting on the lot, it was an ordered coach, evil greed pure and simple.

Goldi, how did you know?

I am able to fix all that is wrong with the exception of the fiberglass bubble which the service manager said was caused by inside impact damage to the wall during construction. We stopped by last tuesday when they took pictures and said that they would call us. Needless to say I called today because they had not called yet; I was told that Phoenix Cruiser was not able to clearly see the damage, remember the dealer took the picture, and thus would not authorize any repairs. I asked the nice lady why the service manager was not able to clearly describe the damage and get the authorization, she said someone would call us this afternoon-care to bet on whether or not we get a call?
By the way, the purchase price was in the hood of 81k with the E450 and diesel upgrades.
