Tent camping in the bed

i understand there are tents specifically for bed that strap down adn all that. im looking for people who have a 2 person tent that they throw in the bed with a door on one end so i can get in and out at the tailgate.

i went to the local outdoor store today and found one the was awesome except the door was on the side and having a lifted 96 350 and the side of the bed coming halfway up into the tent i dont want to be climbing over the bed rails and wheel well.

let me know what you guys are using and if you would buy it again. pics would be nice too!

I aint goin out to the shop for a pic right now, its storming pretty good. But I have a 'Sportz' truck tent, got it at the Bass pro shop, has the door at the tailgate and works very well, mine is the original design, the new one has a nice roof flap that extends out over the door about 4 feet. They work very well and are quick and easy to put up or put away. I have had mine for 8-9 years now and its still in great shape.

Yes, it uses the bedsides to support the rods that create the dome roof, it will not stand alone.
