trailer bearing kit question-

Today I started repacking the bearings on my camper. First time with this camper. Sure enough the very first one I pull is junk. (glad I found this in the driveway.....not on the highway)
So Im not gonna take chances, screw it they are cheap and a tow bill is not!

QUESTION- I can read the # on the back of the large inside bearing (L68149) but cannot see any # for the smaller outside bearing. Do I ASSume that L68149 is the "master" # for these 2 bearings?

Ya that's what it looks like. Figure what the heck for under $50 I could get all new bearings. Just wanna make sure they are the right ones...

I would keep pulling to get the other number, just to be sure. But yes, usually they are matched like you're thinking.

After all said and done jesilvas was correct. I only had the #off of the large bearing. I was able to use this #on Amazon and got a total rebuild kit very cheaply.
My advice, for the cost of the rebuild kit,if you have any doubt of the condition of the bearings that you are using change them suckas out. Cheap insurance.....
