wow, thanks for the bump...i missed along with other threads at times also. anyways, thankfully you and your daughter are safe, make sure that your daughter is not scared out of her mind, talk to her about the fire....my son would be asking so many questions.....it's tough to say what insurance would do, this house i bought about 2 months had a $3500 ins claim on it before i made my first payment, also i have had hail damage on my previous truck, it paid about $2300, anyways dont sweat it! best of luck!
