What do you think??

As some of you may know the wife and I really want a 5er but empty pockets are keeping that from us now. We also really enjoy camping but discovered this summer that tent camping with a 3 year old is not fun for Mom and Dad. So that being said this is the bumper pull that we are looking at: Clear Creek RV Center: Pre-owned 2000 Fleetwood Mallard 25A

What kind of things do I need to look at and ask about.

We will probably only keep this for the next 5 years until I retire the first time. Then depending on the job upgrade to the 5er.

Very clean unit; looks like it wasn't used much or very well taken care of. That's how mine was when I bought and sold my last one. I would also agree that the price is a bit high for that age of trailer. You might check out KBB.com and see what similar trailers with same amenities go for.

Looks nice, the price seems OK to me if it has an A/C unit? If not might be a little high.

Yeah I looked at NADA this morning and without looking it was about $4k high. The same lot has one that is a year older 3' longerwith a slide that is the same price that was valued right. The wife and I's only requirement is bunk beds for the kids and a bedroom for us.

Recession coming, hammer them. It's a buyers market on every level.
