Sorry to hear about that Shane, but luckily you didn't get the usual "big dents" in the bed rail. Like others have said, I raise the jacks about 2 inches off the ground and with the trailer brakes engaged I give her a nudge just to make sure. I also don't move the trailer without the safety pin in the handle. I'm just a nervous Nelly type but I guess it pays dividends that you can't really appreciate until something like this happens.

Thats the key. I will let people think they are helping me but in reality I'm in my own state of mind. Another bad one is when people try to help you hook up.
