Question Dometic/Sealand toilet question

I have a Dometic/Sealand travel lite ceramic toilet and the bowl will not hold water. I believe it's a model 110 but can't quite see the number on the back with a mirror. I have tried tightening the band clamp and lubricating the seals. Is there a repair kit available or is there an adjustment I'm missing somewhere?

Shawn,
The ceramic bowl is much better than my previous three plastic type bowls in our other trailers. They clean much easier and are much firmer when in use. That part I can help you with. I'm just experiencing this not holding water thing all of a sudden and just happens to pop up when we're trying to sell the 5er to move up to your game with the toy hauler

You need a bowl seal kit.
Model 111 & 110 Parts

Or there's just some crap keeping the flap/ball from closing fully.

Can I take it apart easily and check somehow or should I just buy the kit. Does the bowl split from the base after removing the gear clamp and water connection or is there something else that needs to be removed as well? I look at it and I'm sure it's closing completely and leaking around the seal. It holds water and drips about an hour until empty. Is it just the two pieces #4 that I need?
Thanks, Cheers, Don
