Need Golf Cart Flag

I thought I would post this in the RV section since I see these flags when I'm camping. I broke down and bought a custom golf cart to take down to Port Aransas with me this summer and I want one of those very tall flags that i see on all the carts down there running up and down the beach and all over the RV park. I've called cart dealers and searched the net with no good results. Would any one know where i could find one of these flags and flag poles?

I've seen them selling at the Gypsy tents at Nascar races.

Thanks for that. I had a member on here contact me, i was calling them the wrong name. If i search for ATV Whips then tons of them come up.
