Hop-Cap toppers

I have the opportunity to buy an old Hop-Cap topper for my '06 350. It is currently on a '96 F150. I cross-checked A.R.E. and they list the same cap for both trucks, so I'm thinking that it will fit. Cool.

Now, I searched on the internet for Hop-Cap and cannot find them. Did they go out of business or were they bought up by another company? I need a back panel if I buy this cap and it would be nice to know the company is still doing business.
