Personally I will never deal with Stuart at Phoenix Cruisers again. I sent Stuart an e-mail showing interest in a 2350 rv, when he replied with what price I would be willing to pay ,I quoted an offer of $38000 , that was the mid=point of the NADA guide $36000 to $40000 list for that rv.
Stuart replied immediately with: Sorry but you being ridiculous there is no reason to continue this! Thank You Stuart When I started the negotiation I stated that I owned and might consider a trade of my 2005 Concord. When I attempted to explain my reason for the offer, Stuart replied: Considering you own a Concord I can understand. You are used to a lesser quality! Thanks', Stuart I have dealt with many sales people in the purchase of the cars, rvs and boats I have purchased, and never did a sale person act as unprofessional as Stuart. I wish the best for all the other workers at Phoenix Cruisers. Stuart is not helping that company. Stay away from him. |

Won't do any good, I don't think the boss is not much better. My orginal posting stated only two examples of his arrogance. It went down hill from there. Still I think the Phoenix Crusier is a pretty good rv. I really did like it. HOWEVER THAN THEIR WAS STUART.

Ask the company why they are suing those poor people who put all those pictures up..
Now, if there are any rv water heater experts here I need help on figuring out why our relief valve will vent quite frequently, I have heard that operation depends on an air pocket for expansion?? |
