Opinions on 5th wheel please

O.k. guys, I REALLY need some honest opinions. My wife says that she see's wrinkle's or something on the back of the camper above the rear bumper. I don't see anything. Also I do see the bubble's on the wall paneling but my opinion is that is probably where the glue has leaked through the paper on the paneling (IDK). What do ya'll think. I really wish someone lived near Wauconda Illinois and could check it out for me before I drive almost 800 miles. eBay Motors: BEAUTIFUL 00 FLEETWOOD WILDERNESS 305GL, 2 SLIDES,CHEAP (item 110146671081 end time Jul-13-07 15:10:32 PDT)

Sorry, I don't know squat about 5ers, but, to me, the "ripples" in the back look like they're part of the design/pattern. Maybe the dealer could take and email you bigger pictures?

Yeah I see the design stickers but my wife is saying that she sees something right above the rear bumper going all the way across. I don't know!

Kinda looks like the design looking at the pic? It looks like a fiberglass shell and not gelcoat, so it could be delaminating. Shoot em an email and see what they have to say. Otherwise it looks like a nice rig.

In Picture number #4 looks like a bubble about 4 to 6 in above the bumper, and it does go all the way across,
I had my wife confirm this also. LOL
It is a Terry by Fleetwood so check it out real close.
Good Luck

How about a reflection of the sun on what looks to be a chrome bumper?

Well I called the dealer and the salesman walked out there and verified that it IS a spot delaminating on the camper and would need immediate attention. I thanked him for being honest and there sending my $1,000 deposit back on Monday. Gotta love an honest salesman, not many around.

I am happy you got your deposit back. There are plenty of used units around to look at, why take a chance on a water damaged unit with what these things cost. We are also looking at upgrading to a newer unit. We currently have a travel trailer and it gets the job done so we are not in a big rush to buy another, just waiting on the right unit at the right price. Last week we went to the local dealer and they have a 2006 36 ft Coachmen with 2 slides, asking price 26000, a new 2008 identical model for 42000. The 2006 was bought by a family and used once, they traded up, everything looks pretty good, seems like a good deal after researching the prices online. Not sure about buying this one yet. When buying any RV we have had, we check it out very carefully for damages or problems, then if it feels right we buy. We are going to let this one sit, if it stays and the price gets better, possible purchase, if not winter is coming and the prices then drop. Lots of folks do not want to make payments during the off season and they get ready to unload, buying this way has worked pretty well.
