Yeah both my handles fell of due to the roads in Eastern Washington. That makes emptying the tanks fun.

was at a full hookup, cept they had 2 pipes within a foot of each other, neither one marked, so i plugged into the closer of the 2, thing somehow pushed my hose back out so ended up with all the shower water under the camper on the concrete pad, luckily had only been there couple hours when noticed.

On my very first camping trip with just my GF and myself, I guess I didnt have the drain hose hooked on the right way. Pulled the valve, hose popped off and black water all over the place. I made quite a few people laugh that were waiting behind me.

here goes i guess....well after the long 4th of july weekend on the beach i took the rig down to a local camp ground to dump...as my brother and i are hooking up. i ask him if he has ever seen the movie RV. he says yes and we both has a little chuckle..moments later after the valves were pulled i see that the hose is jumping around quite a bit due to the three 180* bends i had in the pipe....

so i bend down to straighten them. the moment my finger make contact with the pipe the coupling lets loose and i get covered from my knees down in blue watter =x. my brother just about falls to the ground he was laughing so hard. luckly i was able to shut the valve before i make a real mess. i hosed off with the hose that was on sight and all was good.

That is the fear I always have, a hose busting or connection coming off. BTW, nice avatar pic!!

Thanks for the laugh. I have never had that happen, Knock on wood....

I have had worries about it EVERY time I hook up to dump, though. I have seriously considered moving the dump handles since mine are cable actuated.

- We've been RVing for awhile, but after we saw "RV", I've always double checked my connections....

One thing about it....you'll probably never do that again.
