Yosemite?

Anyone been? I am going saturday. be there for a week so you guys wont see me on here, been a really busy week im ready to be gone. truck isnt hauling much bout 2k of water, hay, and random stuff, my friends pulling the horses.. i could do both and still get better fuel mileage than her v10 hahahaha.
got a brand new set of tires on, bridgestone dueller a/t's i love em. thanx to a bud.
gotta fix my annoying brake line rubbing on my exhaust(with a load).

I can imagine the beauty of this place but I cant wait to see it with my own two eyes. Truck is ready to go, not worried bout that. Going to be riding and dry camping(yes the real thing tent and all) but my buds have camper's so its not like i always gotta be out doors. anyway.. anyone got any stories? i know theres bears!!!!

I was there about 20 years ago, spent 9 days and enjoyed the heck out of it. The bears are a pain if you've got any food in the vehicle they WILL break in to get it. The camp next to ours had a cooler in the back of the pickup with a shell on it - bear broke the window on the shell and got it - made a heck of a racket, we were in the tent pretty close by and in the middle of the night. It was a little scary for the wife. dunno why...

No you can't.

I've been all over the country and Yosemite is one of the most amazing places I've ever set foot. No pictures, no description, can come close to doing it justice.

need to go to bed. cant wait to get outta here. weighed the truck for fun, full tank of fuel, 4 bales of hay, 3 55gal drums of water and all my crap, 9300 lbs hahahaha. shes heavyyy! i was pullin a horse trailerr for a bit too with all that, she didnt care, anyway im interested to see what kinda mpg i get. should be decent.. i'll talk to ya'll when i get back.
