The New Man Cave

Well it's not much, but it's big enough for what I'll be using it for. I've always wanted a little work shop, and the time/price was right so I jumped on it.

I went with a 14x16, with a 9x7 garage door, two windows, and a side entry door. When it's all said and done it'll have vinyl siding ( has to match house) and power ran to it. It's almost done, just waiting on the siding and door to go on...

And done...

Are you in one of those neighborhoods where everything has to look perfect?

No, but I do have a HOA, it's just not a strict one. I had to submit my drawing for approval, but they only wanted to know where it was going to be.

Yea it was crazy, had to get approval for EVERYTHING! If I wanted to plant a bush I had to ask, was crazy.
