People leaving?

Was reading some articles today and couple came up about people vacating the state due to tax hike:
California Tries to Counteract Residents Fleeing Increased Taxes

The employment rate in Austin is good, we don't have any state tax, no smog on diesel's, no tiered electrical structure that doubles your rate if you use more than what they want you to use and the roads don't pitch your truck up and down.
