Storage/shared workshop in Modesto area

I'm considering converting a space into a vehicle storage/workshop area. I was thinking of renting out a space to park your vehicle and access to lift/compressor/tools/plasma tv/stereo/etc (essentially a full workshop) for 200.00/month. Would there be any interested people in the area to make this happen? Basically looking to split the cost of a man cave with a few other guys
