East Bay Area Help
I'm in Livermore and was wondering if anyone had the equipment to do a buzz test on my 7.3? Want to see if i can narrow down my "no start" problems.

Finally got her started this past weekend. Replaced the IPR pigtail and whala, it started right up. Thanks for the offers of help from everyone. pjwoolw, I will PM you to see when we can link up to do a scan. Thanks.
