Angry Another Power Window Problem

im losing my mind.. i wish it was my passenger window but naturally it had to be the drivers.. heres the issue, and yes ive googled to the end of time and back! maybe someone can relate and help me out

i have a 99.5 7.3 XLT, it has the one touch power window setup. Ever since i bought it its had issues with the window, it would go down fine, one touch would work, but when it goes up it would get stuck halfway or most times 80% closed it would start to hang up, when it slugged to 90% closed it would pickup speed again and close up like it should. So i got a good deal on a window motor, swapped it out, same problem. Greased the crap out of the inner track on both sides and it seemed to speed it up a bit.. but what ive noticed is when its super cold out it works better, when its warmer 50+ it slows up, and most times stops completely. With the nice weather here id love to have it working.. i have also swapped the door switch with my buddys working assembly.. same issue. If there is a cheat way to fix the wiring does anyone know it? Id rather bypass all the wires than have to trace a break since everythings taped tight.. someone helpppp
