tail light/brake light not working

I have a 99 F350 that is completely stock as far as I know. Last night, I noticed that my third brake light was staying on, but none of the lights on the bed were working. Turn signals work if the light switch is off, but not in any other position. My brake lights don't work at all. All of the fuses are fine and my relays seem to be fine as well. Any suggestions would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

So angry, yet needing help.

Here are the results of a two second search.

Bad GEM Module?

HELP no brake lights or turning signals!

Heavy_GD: Thank you, but I've already done the same search, come up with the same answers and did them no avail. The frustration came from eleven hours of testing wires and checking forums for answers and getting nothing until I got angry and did a little griping. Apologies.

Powerstrokeshellback: It's pretty sad that I have to talk like that to get an immediate response, when initially I use manners and got nothing.

Then it was a closely timed coincidence. At any rate, I appreciate your answer.
