Hood latch broke

I was working on my engine and had a battery charger resting next to the hood latch. The hood closed down slamming the charger into the hood latch and now my hood won't close.

If i close the hood the main latch doesn't hold it down only the second latch catches it. I can close the hood fully and let go and it stays down but if I pull up on the hood it easily goes up catching in the second latch. Also if I pull the hood release nothing happens, it doesn't go back down into the normal position like it should.

I have a 2002 F350, I need help ASAP as I need my truck and can't drive it with the hood like this.
