Replacing Headlights with after market

Bought some after market headlights for my 01 F-250... Can't seem to get those bloody clips off the old light to get the new lights in... Is there a special tool that is needed..???....

The new lights are the all-in-one with turn signal and all in them.. The new wiring seems daunting(electrician by trade)...

Top are basically C-Clips, just pry them off with a long screw driver. Bottom is a ball-socket joint. Again, pry out with a long screw driver

Too many vehicles to keep up with.
